Chromium without system ffmpeg dependency (Was: fixes for Makefile pkg-plist and build-in ffmpeg)

hi!

Think I found proper way to build chromium without system ffmpeg dependency:

1. we don't need patches:
   files/patch-media__media.gyp
   files/patch-media__ffmpeg__ffmpeg_common.h
   files/patch-third_party__ffmpeg__patched-ffmpeg-mt__libavutil_mem.c.txt
2. replace content files/patch-third_party__ffmpeg__ffmpeg.gyp with:

3. change Makefile: remove ffmpeg from LIB_DEPENDS=
4. optional (for FreeBSD 8.2 but CHROMIUM still cannot render pages):
     change '+#define HAVE_SSSE3 1' to '+#define HAVE_SSSE3 0' in:
