TMPFS, is it available on FreeBSD 6 or 7?

For what it's worth, last week I upgraded by workstation
at the office from RELENG_6 to 7-current (in the hope
for better USB support), with no problem at all, so far.
The update was completely painless.  The FreeBSD folks
are doing a fantastic job.
