Please note that Dr. Mills is just one of many people who work on
the Reference Implementation, and that at this stage, his
contributions have more to do with the deep algorithms and less to do
with the day-to-day code changes.
To be fair to the other people who work on this project, I would
prefer the term Reference Implementation.

I look forward to the day when this option could potentially be
seriously entertained. I think some good healthy competition would
be good for everyone.
However, I fear that this day is very far off, if it ever arrives.
