The Mailing List search engine sems broken :(

Try starting from the list admin pages:
<http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo>

Find the list you want and then look at it's archives, there's a search
box at the top.  If you don't know what list you're after then Google
Groups is probably better.
