pciconf does not display device information for Emulex Skyhawk adapter in
FreeBSD 9.1 and 9.3.

oce0 at pci0:21:0:0:    class=0x020000 card=0x89bc152d chip=0x072010df rev=0x10
hdr=0x00
    vendor     = 'Emulex Corporation'
    class      = network
    subclass   = ethernet

As shown above, pciconf is displaying vendor information but it is not
displaying device information.

pciconf is displaying device information correctly in FreeBSD 10.0 as shown
below.
oce0 at pci0:4:0:0:        class=0x020000 card=0xe84110df chip=0x072010df rev=0x10
hdr=0x00
    vendor     = 'Emulex Corporation'
    device     = 'OneConnect NIC (Skyhawk)'

Can we have pciconf display device information in FreeBSD 9.1 and 9.3
