It is installed in a vmware workstation.
vmware workstation can emulate e1000/e1000e nic.
I can use FreeBSD 9.1 i386/x64 with e1000e.
When I tried FreeBSD 9.2 beta 2 x64, the e1000e network card is not detected.
Then I change to e1000, the network card can be seen in ifconfig again.
On FreeBSd 9.2 beta 2 x64:
