[bug]Freebsd 7.x installation kern panic error

I'v met the same problem as Mr. L. Umpago below：

but no response on this bug.


I'v try the version: FreeBSD 7.3 amd64 on IBM hs22 blade server and Huawei BH620,than got the a panic error and the system reboot

However,I can install the FreeBSD 7.4 and 8.x versions,it works well.

Is there any report and solution about this question?
