FreeBSD bmysql1-new 7.2-RELEASE-p4 FreeBSD 7.2-RELEASE-p4 #0: Fri Oct  2 08:22:32 UTC 2009     root at amd64-builder.daemonology.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC  amd64

>Description:
7.2-release-p4 is unable to reverse resolve my LDAP based username from my uid, even though it can resolve my ldap based group information. I am assuming this is a problem with libc/nscd/ldap:

>How-To-Repeat:

[ecapriolo at laptop1 ~]$ ssh -l ecapriolo bmysql1-new
[I have no name!@bmysql1-new /]$
[I have no name!@bmysql1-new /]$ whoami
3000
[I have no name!@bmysql1-new /]$ uname -r
7.2-RELEASE-p4
[I have no name!@bmysql1-new /]$ id
uid=3000 gid=3000(ecapriolo) groups=3000(ecapriolo),4000(sysops)

[ecapriolo at laptop1 ~]$ ssh -l ecapriolo amysql1
[ecapriolo at amysql1 /]$ whoami
ecapriolo
[ecapriolo at amysql1 /]$ uname -r
7.2-RELEASE-p1
[ecapriolo at amysql1 /]$ id
uid=3000(ecapriolo) gid=3000(ecapriolo)
groups=3000(ecapriolo),4000(sysops)
