My follow-up, which I am forwarding directly to the lists,
after being rejected by the spam filter.

I repeat for the benefit of the classifier: this is _not_ a 
problem associated with any one port, or the ports system as a
whole, but tmpfs-related changes in the base system. No panic
was induced (but see my kern/132597), just build failures.
