Seems to be present as expected. I guess you're not using cvs
correctly: update -Pd is basically mandatory (prune empty directories,
and create new directories that don't exist locally), and -A is also
necessary if you have a sticky tag set in your tree (e.g. RELENG_7, or a
date) and you want to update to HEAD.
