kern/121409: [WORKAROUND] /boot/loader Can't work out which disk we are booting from

Follow up on this:

After I boot and run:

make delete-old-libs

and then rebuild kernel, the new /boot/loader works.

So perhaps this is a stale library problem in the boot loader.
