	You need not to setup IPSEC to be working. It's presence is sufficient. 
Or you can set sysctl mpsafenet to zero instead of it.

As I said previously, you need:

INVARIANTS/INVARIANT_SUPPORT + (IPSEC or set mpsafenet to 0)
