bin/94845: fortune(6) seems to select 0 a lot

I'm currently running 6.2-PRE from late Dec '06, and it's still there (I get
lots of non-zero from your scriptlet). I'll pull up to 6-STABLE again and let
you know. I don't have an experimental-enough box to try it on 7.x.
