Some mistakes are there. 
There is no needs to copy mklocale/lt_LT.ISO8859-13.src but link it 
instead. There is no needs to copy colldef/lt_LT.ISO8859-13.src but link 
it instead. In timedef data md_order is dm, not md. BSD.local.dist shold 
be left untouched.
