 Hi,
 
 Could you retry with a recent version of 6-STABLE and with the ubsa
 module loaded please?  This card should be supported since
 src/sys/dev/usb/ubsa.c Revision 1.17.2.2, and I use one successfully
 regularly under -HEAD.
