I used web interface to submit PR, however after first trial my browser 
timed out.
Then I tried again and the problem was still the same. Then I gave up.
Now I see why there are a lot of duplicate PRs because of PR web 
interface issue at FreeBSD.org.
I guess it should be fixed, otherwise there will be a lot duplicate PRs 
soon.
