spam detection notification (Was: [MAINTAINER] dns/nsd: update to 2.3.7)

Hi,
When trying to submit a pr for a port I maintain I got the following  
reply.
This has never happened before and nothing has changed on my end
to justify this.

According to what I Googled, last year some glitch flagged everything
sent to the database as spam.....that happening again maybe?
