[HEADSUP] please hold off sending PRs for now

GNATS is currently filing everything it receives in the spam-queue due to
spamassassin not running on hub.  I am trying to keep up with the incoming
flow and get ready to resubmit them (and fix the ones that should be
picked up as followups), but it is difficult for me to do so right now.
So please hold off sending or replying to PRs for right now until we can
resolve the problem.  Thanks.
