some days ago we met AMD LX-800 CPU and CS-5536 chipset ported with freeBSD6.1 and there're problem in USB 2.0 device (monitor screen hang on and the machine turn on automatically).

Now we have changed our BIOS to make freeBSD users to choose USB2.0 or USB1.1 in BIOS menu.  That could help the programmer to change to USB1.1 to execute the program work and to avoid this problem in USB2.0.

Usually that's not necessary to use high transmition speed as USB 2.0 peripheral device in network security appliance.  That's our solution on freeBSD6.1 and AMD LX-800 /CS-5536 in USB 2.0.
