>Description:
I have problem when using /usr/sbin/ppp and PPP over TCP link in dedicated mode.
After unexpected PPP session termination due to, for example, temporary network
failure, ppp can't reestablish connection.
Reason: ppp in dedicated mode always keeps device open. So after session termination
ppp does not reopens tcp connection with peer, and continues to use the old one,
which no more valid.
>How-To-Repeat:
1. Setup PPP over TCP dedicated link between two hosts and establish connection.
2. Simulate the network failure between this hosts.
3. See logs and sockstat output on machine where ppp is running in dedicated mode.
