kern/60175: panic: 5.2-RC: disk errors cause panic in softupdates code

I managed to reproduce scenarios 2 and 3 on 6-STABLE.
For those I submitted kern/91568 and kern/91572.
At the moment I don't have a floppy disk with bad sectors to be able to 
reproduce scenario 1.
