   Danil,

you have quite a lot of non-standard networking processing in kernel:
ALTQ, netgraph, pf, vlan, gre, bridge, ipfw, polling.
Which features do you actually utilize?

How often do you experience the panic?

Can you run your system with INVARIANTS? This can help to catch panic
earlier. This is about 20% negative impact on performance.
