Get too many recvbufs(40) error message whenever ntpd is started with an active NMEA GPS receiver sending NMEA messages to the serial port.

with ntp.conf including:
server 127.127.20.0
 
Start ntpd with NMEA GPS receiver sending messages to serial port.

 Starting ntpd and then connecting the GPS receiver to the serial port eliminates the problem.
