misc/64601: System crashes when TwinView is activated with NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/400 Card

 Are you using the nvidia driver, or the nv driver?  You forgot to
 include your config file in the PR.
 
 Either way, this sounds like a bug in third party code (the nvidia
 driver or XFree86) that you should take up with them.
