kern/57044: sysctl -a panics, kern.disks shows detached umass device

 I tested this again with -CURRENT.
 
 There is no crash anymore but the device stays in sysctl kern.disks
 and kern.geom.confxml.
 
 I think there should be a way to deconfigure a removable disk (USB,
 firewire) before physically detaching it.
