No autoresponse from GNATS to PR

Hi all, 

I made a problem report with patch yesterday, 
using send-pr from my FreeBSD box. 
I didn't get any autoresponse from from GNATS system.
How long it normally takes to get an autoresponse 
with ticket number ? 
When should I resubmit my  problem report?
