 The 3c905 network card is a troublemaker, and has caused lots of
 problems under Linux also.  These cards use a variety of different
 ASICS depending on card revision and some revs work better than 
 others.  Perhaps your panics are happening
 during periods of high network activity, could you try using a
 different network adapter?
