To make it all compile successfully I need to include err.h in my sources distribution. The file is located in http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/include/ However, it seems to be distributed under BSD4.4 license, because its text is written in file headers. This license "require that further distributions of products containing all or portions of the software, acknowledge within their advertising materials that such products contain software developed by UC Berkeley and its contributors."
