normally shouldn‘t mess up the console....
sysctl dev.cpu.0.freq  ... cpu.1.freq etc.
prints the current freq

-j4 shown c++ with ‚top‘ should 
run @ approx. 97% CPU-usage while ‚make‘ uses bit less
