According to the snapshot mailing list[1]:

main, stable/11 and stable/12 snapshots are built at Thursdays.
releng/13.0 snapshots are built after sys/conf/newvers.sh has changed.

Alternatively you can take the latest snapshot and update /boot/msdosfs
yourself. Easy! :)
