pkgs for aarch64 head not building anymore

Hi,

The pkg build for aarch64 head crashes.

Is this because of this?
Host OSVERSION: 1300002
Jail OSVERSION: 1300076

Anyways. I don't know who maintains this, so I write to the mailinglists  
of ports and arm.
