head -r357356: fails to boot RPi4 but boots Rock64 (same media, moved between machines); -r356426 booted both

Comparing boot -v for artficat.ci.freebsd.org's -r357392
(that does not boot the RPi4B) and -r356767 (that boot it).
Other message history omitted, and only showing differences,
not the text that is the same. (So it is shorter and easier
to contrast the two.)


I started comparing at "---<<BOOT>>---".


Excluded memory ( -r357392 then -r356767 generally ) . . .
