pkg - symlinks missing

Hi,

I'm trying FreeBSD 12.0-BETA3 on a RPi 3B+.

pkg complains about missing libssl.so.8 and libcrypto.so.8.
Did a couple of symlinks to /usr/lib/libssl.so.111 and 
/usr/lib/libcrypto.so and it was able to run.

But when `pkg update`:
There were two errors:
1. /var/db/pkg/repo-FreeBSD.sqlite failed - no such file
2. undefined symbol "SSL_load_error_strings" in 
/usr/local/lib/libpkg.so.4


It seems that `pkg` needs some love.
