Is it possible to build nss on arm64?

I get roughly the same error (don't have the exact log at hand) when building 
on a Pine64. Building in a QEMU-arm64 poudriere has resulted in packages at 
least once here, locally. I got distracted by other stuff before diving into 
the code though.
