Raspberry Pi WiFi

Hello. I’ve started working on a RPi (Zero W) project, and am happy to use Raspbian for the units I’m building. But, I have FreeBSD (amd64) running on all of my real machines, so wanted to look into it for the Pi’s.

I notice looking on https://wiki.freebsd.org/FreeBSD/arm/Raspberry%20Pi that the Zero looks to mostly work, but that the WiFi on the Pi 3 and the Pi Zero W is “Unsupported (SDIO)”. That would be needed for me to be able to use it. I wanted to ask if there’s a plan for that, or more details on the impediment. I would be happy to help get it supported if I can.

                           - Chris
