fatal error: 'invtrig.h' file not found on RPI2

For the last  day I've been seeing

/usr/src/lib/msun/src/catrigl.c:48:10: fatal error: 'invtrig.h' file not found
#include "invtrig.h"

This is on 

FreeBSD www.zefox.com 12.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT #5 r313709: Mon Feb 13 15:11:04 PST 2017     bob at www.zefox.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/RPI2  arm

Am I doing something wrong? Attempts to update simply report
root at www:/usr/src # svnlite up .
