SMP support on Raspberry PI 3

It's supposed to work to some extent but reported to be unstable
under real life load. You need PSCI monitor on FAT partition to
make it work. I beleive latest sysutils/u-boot-rpi3 combined with
latest crochet should produce SMP-enabled image.
