Tier 1 support for arm?

The supported board list hasn't been finalized. The plan is to reach tier 1
status for the armv6 and armv7 boards and maybe arm64 (aarch64). Armv4 and
armv5 boards are up in the air.

There are also a few loose ends to sort out, so plans may change. But it's
fairly likely...
