Zybo support

Hello, all.

FreeBSD now runs on the Zybo board.   Zybo is a Xilinx Zynq-7000 board from Digilent similar to Zedboard but smaller and significantly less expensive.  (See http://digilentinc.com/zybo).  I put up an SD image for Zybo on my zedbsd page:  http://thomasskibo.com/zedbsd.

I have two minor commits to add support for Zybo to the tree.  I added the rgephy driver to the ZEDBOARD conf file and I have a zybo.dts fdt file.
