libgcrypt 1.5.3 patch problem

Hello
This may be trivial but I'm at a loss (newbie/not a software guy inside)
I have applied this patch 
http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-ports-bugs/2013-September/261533.html 
but it was designed for version 1.5.2 and it doesn't seem to work with 
1.5.3 : it patches ok but then the patched patch-mpi-longlong.h doesn't 
work anymore (patch errors)

Has anyone experienced the same problem, or managed to successfuly build ?
