Hmmm…. no promises, but I *think* you can get there
by downloading

http://people.freebsd.org/~kientzle/beaglebone-msdos-partition.tgz

and replace the contents of your FAT partition with the files in that
archive.

Probably a good idea to back up the old files first.  (Note that
only one file --- MLO --- actually has the same name.)
