R-PI fixes for dhclient/sshd?

Hi,

The pmap-v6 code has changed a bit since this commit. I don't know
what is and isn't appropriate and I'm unfortunately not in a position
to do a test-build on a raspberry pi for another week or so.

So would someone with a r-pi and a vested interest in this test
removing the L2_APX flag clearing lines? It happens in two places now
instead of one.

I'm happy to commit a patch if it gets tested. :-)
