pmap patch for test

Can anybody with access to the arm hardware test the patch at
http://people.freebsd.org/~kib/drm/vpo_unmanaged.1.patch ?

It renames PG_UNMANAGED page flag to VPO_UNMANAGED, and allows pmap
to only test for VPO_UNMANAGED instead of PG_FICTITIOUS | PG_UNMANAGED.
