at91sam9260: Patches

The following diff on top of my previous diff  adds support for the 
AT91SAM9260 chip and Atmel AT91SAM9260-EK Evaluation card.

Using config file SAM9G20EK you can boot on both the 9260 and 9G20 based 
development cards with the same binary.

Also added support for Calao Systems QIL-A9G20-Cxx
