It looks nice, however I couldn't find information about
migration from GNATS.

It looks like the safest path for conversion from GNATS
to *anything* passes through bugzilla. 

Maybe I haven't looked thoroughly but there's also a
conversion tool for Mantis, and another option is
generating .csv files.
