AoE for 4.x

Well, part of finding a committer was for me to ask what you'd
want to see and how you want to see it.  I have changes to:

/usr/src/sys/net/ethernet.h
/usr/src/sys/net/if_ethersubr.c
/usr/src/sys/net/netisr.h
/dev/MAKEDEV
/etc/rc
/etc/defaults/rc.conf

and have created (and populated)

/usr/src/sys/dev/aoe/
/usr/src/sys/modules/aoe/

So ... a tar of the source and a diff -u patch of all the changes?
