Fixes for apr-util's FreeTDS driver

Hello!

I've made the FreeTDS-driver work again -- and submitted the patch to Apache:

The developers are a little slow to pick it up -- perhaps, because few people 
use Sybase (or MS SQL) with Apache -- but it is quite usable. Can I add the 
patch to our devel/apr1 port? Thanks! Yours,
