Error in apache22-itk-mpm

Continue to re-make the port until it builds.  I know this sounds crazy,
but it's absolutely true.  It's a known problem that has been around for
quite some time.  Specifically:

# make clean
# make patch
# make install
  (or "make" then "make install")
