webserver asks me to download file?

yes, if you reload the pages they will load fine. http://www.BSDWorld.NET/
I looked at my router looks like its being overloaded with sessions 
(small d-link)
Looking at buying a new one. 
Anyone know of a good router or company? ($500 about)
