mod_layout bug/update?

The version of mod layout in ports suffers from a bug, it will crash 
anytime it tries to modify a page that is exactly one getpagesize() due to 
the way it uses mmap().

Either adding the mod_layout.c patch to the current port, or updating the 
port to the latest available version of mod_layout-3.4 will fix the 
problem.

If you would strongly prefer that I file a PR, let me know and I can try 
and do that.
